This part 1215 establishes a consumer product safety standard for infant bath seats manufactured or imported on or after December 6, 2010. § 1215.2 Requirements for infant bath seats. Each infant bath seat must comply with all applicable provisions of ASTM F1967-24, Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Infant Bath Seats, approved June 1, 2024. The Director of the Federal Register approves the incorporation by reference listed in this section in accordance with 5 U.S.C. 552(a) and 1 CFR part 51.
