What comes with it, that a screenshot cannot show
- A carton label with a QR code.Print it for the product, the shipping carton or the invoice. That arrangement — a unique identifier shown prominently, reachable at a URL — is what 16 CFR 1110.9(c) describes for an electronic certificate.
- A data sheet for your customs broker. The seven data elements set out one row at a time, printed with the certificate and downloadable as a spreadsheet to send on.
- A copy that outlives us.One file that opens offline in any browser, so your records never depend on this site staying up — which matters, because 16 CFR 1110.13(c) puts that duty on you.
- A permanent link you can hand over. Give it to distributors, retailers, CPSC or CBP. The whole certificate is signed inside the address, so altering a character breaks it and the page refuses to render.
